Poor service from the reception staff, the receptionists have no ppl skills or are just arrogant with no compassion, I've missed one appointment and been slightly late for another but over the past 6 month I have lost my 2 younger brothers an my wife, last week I lost another family member and did miss my appointment it just totally slipped my mind due to what had happened and when I tried to explain they just didn't want to know and was told there's nothing they can do as it says I have missed 3 appointments with them.I admit I have missed 2 appointments but the receptionists just didn't even give you a chance to explain. It was a case of the computer says no and computer aren't ever wrong so there's nothing we can do .

I didnt realise the dentist got took over till I recently went. And was different people on the reception. The blonde lass is lovely but the young lass she had to ask me how much change I was owed back, definitely needs to learn her manners when talking to customers.

I have needed emergency treatment twice now for a large filling after a tooth cracked and have managed to get through on the phone easily and receive great service and swift appointments each time. When the filling came out last week and I was running late for an appointment they were very courteous and helpful and still managed to see me for a temporary as I was going away for the weekend and this morning once again have managed to get me in to get the permanent one redone within the next few days. Cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the practice

I have been with the surgery since 2016. I have nothing but praise for the staff. Very friendly and helping people. Won't shy to go an extra mile and beyond if they can. Sarahjane reminded me of that yet again on my last appointment when i needed it and they squeezed time for me when i did not ask and was not expecting. And did go more than extra mile for me. I cannot recommend anything better. Thank u all for the good work u do and help people even though they are not always polite. I have seen u helping ones who r not polite but u still help them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I cannot rate this dentist highly enough. From being a little girl I have had a fear of the dentist and it has been 17 years since I had treatment, not because I haven’t needed it, but because I’m terrified! I had toothache two weeks ago and the practice fitted me in the next day. My teeth needed filling but because of a secondary infection and being prescribed with antibiotics I waited two weeks for treatment. I have been this morning and have had two teeth filled with numbing injections. The dentist was reassuring, patient, calming and explained everything. Consequently I have made an appointment to see the hygienist and will now attend 6 monthly. I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Thank you.

Edit: They have now implemented a phone queuing system and fixed the issue I mentioned below, I was able to get through and the reception were as friendly and helpful as I remember. So I'm changing my score to 5 stars and it will remain there as long as the treatment and service is deservingAlmost impossible to contact, phone always goes to an auto-answer and can't leave a message, also no email.Had to cancel an appointment but couldn't contact them, my wife had exactly the same issue

Finally decided to pay the dentist a little visit as I had not been in a very long time. At first, I had reservations about registering here, due to the lack of positive reviews but wanted to check it out for myself so gave it a try and I’m glad I did.On arrival the place was busy, but the staff at reception were nice and professional. I was seen by SarahJane and Saman, and they were both ace! Friendly and supportive from start to finish and carried out the work to a high standard. I was extremely happy and left with a smile and teeth feeling like new!!I would recommend giving this place a try to clear any doubts. It certainly worked for me!
