Worst place to get your nails done! Extremely rude employees. Keep speaking in between themselves in their language. A lady called Tina poked into my cuticles and one of them bled. She was unapologetic when I requested her to be gentle. Very unprofessional place, will never go back.

Highly recommend this place. All staff are lovely, I had the very talented Tina work her magic to give me the most beautiful nails, marble design tailored for me.

I have been coming here since I was 18, I am now 32! I will not go anywhere else… Tina and her team are nothing short of amazing!! They have such a diverse range of products and always come up with cool new designs and colours, thank you for making me feel amazing every time I visit! Anja xx

I have been getting my nails done here for >8 years and have loved the quality and designs created by the team. Walking in whenever and getting an appointment without having to book really suits my lifestyle

DONT GO HERE!Just went to do my eyebrows and asked to only remove the excess and left them think and this person removed me at least 1cm of the interior of my eyebrow and will have to remove the other side as well as they won’t grow back so they can be equal. Obviously I don’t allowed it and the person was very rude about it as insisting for me to remove the otherside. Now I not only have half brow missing as I will have to invest in microblading a service that she charged me still of 5£ will cost me an extra 200£ procedure for a lifetime if I want to have my normal eyebrows back. Disgusting and unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

The best nail salon in Bournemouth. My nails never break, chip or fall off. They are smooth (no humps and bumps) and Tina's nail art is beautiful. I live in Italy but have always had my nails done here when I'm in town for about 8 years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been getting my nails done here for the last year, the staff are really friendly and my nails always stay on for ages. When I last went in I said I wanted something a bit different as it was my birthday and the lovely girl made up a design for me based on the things I liked, as always I love them x
