The Food Warehouse by Iceland

Great prices, especially on a Tuesday, and great product, though availability is sometimes an issue.

Been shopping with the food warehouse previously Iceland for years, lately very dissapointed. Was much better when we could shop instore and pay at the till then have it delivered because you can choose and pick what you want. Lately I've had substitutes which i know can't be helped and usually the product is fine but the pickers are giving out of date and damaged products. This week alone i had one refund which altered the offer and meat that only had a couple of days life on them so had to freeze them,whats the point of getting fresh. Also the pasties were damaged and one was reduced and also the mince pies tasted wrong and when i checked they were out of date by quite a lot. A bit of a poor show really, don't think I'll be shopping in there again unless I come in myself because it feels like to me that the pickers are just palming the old stuff off to the online shoppers. Very disappointing.

Staff are very friendly and approachable if you cannot find anything. The only thing I would say about one of my visits was that the door was very slow to open and close.

Good variety of stock. Easy to find aisles. Nice and wide plenty of room. Pretty quiet In there so only one checkout open so was slow. But the staff were nice enough. Got some good deals on and offers to be had

No staff at the till for about 5 mins, no apology when the member of staff turned up.

Far better products than you might assume, and usually really good deals on alot of named brands

I visited the food warehouse in Weymouth while on holiday. This one is large and feels so easy to get around. A very clean store with friendly staff.

Well laid out, wide alley, but a bit repetitive. Went for crispy duck pack but no luck, back to Sainsburys.
