I have been waiting months now for the Opus Quad I ordered in June, thing is I don’t have an alternative that works properly at home. This is started to affect me now in numerous different ways. I don’t know how much longer I can do this for. It was ordered for my 50th Birthday end of July….all I’m told is I’m tenth in the queue, they only got one Opus Quad in delivery last time and they don’t know when next time will be.

What can I say about these lovely lot. Amazing order process from start to finish. Despite being on pre-order for a controller that had a global shortage I was kept up to date throughout the wait. When a new version was released to upgrade, the process was surprisingly effortless - They have systems that work, and the people who can communicate at the highest level. I don't often do reviews but credit where credits due, excellent team effort all round. Well done Team.

I recently visited this shop and let me tell you, the staff member that dealt with me was absolutely amazing! Fin was super knowledgeable about all things DJ-related and helped me find the perfect equipment for my birthday. Plus, his customer service was top-notch.

I live in Wales and am in the process of building a second roadshow, and was visiting relatives who live near by. I was really impressed by the pictures of the store and decided to visit and was looking forward to spending time and money during my visit. Sadly on arrival the store resemble a unorganised mess, and the staff lacked passion. With a response of just look it up on our Web page. Sorry, but left after a ten minutes unimpressed.

Exceptional Customer care experienceStore contacted me, within an hour of them opening to inform that the requested headphones where out of stock, which is pretty brilliant customer service, in this day and age. Upgrade option was seamless, Received my order today, bloody fantastic turnaround times.
