Can highly recommend crown bathrooms, Sean was really helpful & will leave you to browse round without any hard sell, they have a really good range of bathrooms and tiles you are spoilt for choice. We are really pleased with our bathroom. Sean recommend bathroom fitters in Barnsley who were also very good as was the tiler mark who did the tiles anyone thinking of replacing there bathroom you can be sure of a good service & choice at crown

From start to finish of installation the service we received was excellent. No fancy showroom but plenty of displays to look at. No hardsell and really helpful when needed. It was great to receive a quote that was flexible that catered for both ends of the price scale.

The shop is open but they are not taking any further orders for 1 month as we were told by the shop keeper. They did not welcome any more customers or to even look around the shop. Bad customer service!From what I could see outside, the bathrooms looked modern and to my taste.Unfortunately, I will not be spending any money here and shall not be returning in the future.

Just finished our new bathroom having used Crown for a fourth time over a 20 year period, twice in our previous property. We’ve always found them competitive and able to offer good advice and only prepared to promote quality products. Sometimes the test of a really good company is how they react when things go wrong. We had a problem which could not be foreseen and Crown’s response was first class, sorting our problem out and making sure we were happy with the finished result.I have no hesitation in recommending Crown and can’t understand the negative reviews which are obviously from people who have not used them.

Product seems good, but apart from the products and the driver, that is the only two things that are good about this Business....Very Rude people running it... Telling lies and very un helpfulBig lady works there with an even bigger rude mouthI would not recommend this company under present ownership to anyone... disgrace and disgusting customer service... can’t stand being lied to...Oh, was also told by that woman in the store that they were not interested if they were recommended or not....Nice own goalDo not use this company before reading the reviews.... just saying

It is truly stunning.The range of superb quality products on offer was fantastic- an excellent selection.The team were reliable, hard working and great craftsmen as well as clean and tidy.A fabulous experience from start to finish and I would recommend them wholeheartedly
