Excellent job replacing a lens cover on galaxy s10 today. No appt. Dropped off and one hour later fixed. Polite friendly staff too. Recommended

So far, they have fitted two new screens on iphones for me, and replaced a battery - all done within the hour. My son is seriously accident-prone with phones, so it's good to have somewhere local that fixes while you wait.

Absolutely awful customer service, worst I have ever experienced and the repair carried out on my phone was faulty, even though it was stupidly expensive!My phone broke only a couple of days after they apparently repaired it. After repair, the touch screen did not work correctly, the screen did not feel stuck on correctly and the screen randomly smashed and stopped working completely! Despite warranty notices being around the shop, the store do not stick to their own statements.Apple confirmed the screen put on my phone by this store was faulty, and the phone clinic refused to take responsibility and did not apologise, fix it or refund me in any way. They were also extremely rude to me during conversation when I was trying to get it sorted, refusing to be civil.I highly recommend that you avoid this store, unless they promise to actually stick to the warranty posters which are around their store. I was extremely upset with the way they treated me.

I just had the worst experience in the iPhone Clinic Kenilworth today.Usually my experience is good but today this Gentleman took my phone, told me how much it would be and took my phone into the back without any other communication.I asked the Gentleman politely if I could watch him do my phone in front of me and before I could say anything else, he came back with my phone and bitterly said ‘If you don’t trust me, I’m not going to do it’.It was very threatening. I’m not in the wrong for asking to see my phone. I told him I trusted him but he refused to do it, so I left.Phone Shops have to respect that there is a lot of personal information on our phones and giving that information to a stranger (that knows more about phones that you do) can be worrying.Very rude experience.

Had my iPad screen repaired, became non responsive after 6 months and the screen started unsticking then when I phoned up they would not let me have another one

Have used Kenilworth Phone Clinic several times over the years. It came time to acquire a new phone, so who better to supply it? They acquired a new handset for me, at a really good price, set it up and transferred all the data from my old phone. Excellent!!

I had an iPad mini screen replaced here around a year ago and was shocked at the eventual bill. The salesman went into a long explanation as to what needed doing.This week the kid broke an iPad Pro screen so I’ve been ringing round getting quotes. Out of interest only I phoned this lot (not that I was planning on using them having been ripped off last time).The second most expensive quote I had was £180. The Phone Clinic quoted a whopping £270! And I got exactly the same explanation as to what needed doing as when I collected the iPad mini, it was almost scripted.The repairer I took it to said they were talking drivel and that all the parts come in the same package, it’s not 2 separate purchases or jobs.I’m just saying shop around, a couple of phone calls and other quotes could save you a lot of money.

Popped in at the weekend with broken iPhone X and received fantastic service at a reasonable price. My son’s phone was in a bad way but with a new OLED screen and microphone it is as good as new. Staff were knowledgeable and had parts in stock. Picked it up later the same day. Couldn’t have been happier with the service received, would recommend.

Brilliant! I could not get battery for iphone6S fitted at the Apple outlet in Leamington. They wanted me to book it in or keep dropping in till they had a battery. I tried the Phone Clinic and was sorted in 15 minutes.
