Send an item and they rather take a LONG time to process it or end up losing it! Avoid

All the stock here is always damaged and they also send you out the wrong thing which is normally cracked or a load of junk

Firstly, there is no facility to award them zero stars. Had the complete & utter runaround with this shower. Made the mistake of ordering discs (from them) via Ebay. 1 x dvd arrived with a 3 cd set that looked as though it was fished from a recycling bin! & not as ordered. So, ordered another, as it was still listed on Ebay, they sent the same 3 disc rubbish, 3 days late. Email after Email, a completely convoluted process to even contact them, passed from Ai person to person. Warned them about 'distance selling regulations' & unique Scottish law regarding 'sale of goods' They were not Interested!Guess what? Today, Friday 17th Nov, another 3 disc set of different rubbish arrived & another Email promising a refund via Ebay.So, order at your own peril from this once good company. Personal opinion, i think they may have moved back into the small garage they started out from, their 'picking' crew require glasses & they are victims of their own success (overwhelmed)They think it's all over, i am just getting started.As always, without prejudice, malice or bias.

I had a poor experience with this company. I will not use them again.

Very poor seller on Back Market - advertise items and supply something different, and then just arrange return, leaving you with all the hassle of sourcing over again what you thought you'd purchased in the first place.

Very disappointing, returned a rental I ordered as it stated the phone was in ‘good condition, but had multiple scratches and in my opinion was not in the condition stated, hence returning, however after several days it being returned and with no response from music magpie, I contacted them regarding my refund etc, which was and still is a absolute nightmare, firstly you cannot call them everything has to be done via email or messenger, which the first reply to my query was they have not received it back, so I sent them a photoshot of the Royal Mail delivery confirmation, but that wasn’t enough, they then wanted confirmation receipt of the package being collected from me by Royal Mail, which again I sent them, but that wasn’t enough either, they also wanted a copy of the returns label I received to return back to them, again I sent this also, now they have stopped responding??, it’s almost like they do not believe I’ve sent this back, which feels like their questioning my trust and integrity, they have now stopped responding, 8 days since this was returned back and still no sign of a refund, very poor customer service!!!.

Great for buying DVD's, CD's etc. Buying used devices is always risky anyway so I don't bother but they've never let me down in over 20 sales so far
