My wife was having trouble hearing and was unsure as to what the problem was.I had been recommended to get in contact with Lucas Payton Hearingcare Ltd. I got in touch with Lucas who came to see my wife. I am pleased to say it was only a simple procedure which was done in a professional, efficient and courteous manner and I would not hesitate to use Lucas Payton Hearingcare again.

We have been under the care of Lucas for a number of years. We have found him to be an excellent audiologist who has transformed our hearing issues. He well deserves our 5* rating.

I have been a hearing aids user for about 35 years. Recently I have had problems with my aids & have made 5 visits to the national hearing aid supplier to get them sorted and seen 3 different audiologists. I have lost all trust in the supplier & decided to buy new ones. I have dealt with Lucas in the past before he he had his own business so looked for him on Google. I now have 2 new aids which actually work !. Lucas spent 2 hours at my house carrying out a full test & programming my aids to suit my hearing loss, unlike the national supplier who gave me 15 minute appointments. The big difference is that Lucas really cares & explains everything fully. He also linked my aids to my mobile phone so I can now use that more. I can honestley say that you won`t find anyone better!!.

Lucas came and was very professional he cleared both of my ears and did a screen test showing as I suspected a hearing loss . I booked a further appointment with Lucas and this time he completed a full hearing test at my home . He has supplied me two hearing aids which are brilliant .Thank you Lucas for a great service
