I got married in November 2022 and had my first visit to Surrey Brides in November 2021. I instantly knew I had found the right place - Deborah and her team exuded knowledge and enthusiasm. Deborah was so helpful and accommodating throughout the process of trying on different dresses and choosing the perfect one (all during the first appointment!). I then had Anna for the fitting appointments, who as well as being so professional, friendly and genuinely interested and caring, helped me to think about how best to complement the dress with shoes, accessories, hair style and nail colour etc! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Surrey Brides to any bride looking for her wedding dress - the people really do make a difference to a place and Deborah and her team’s love for what they do truly shines through. Thank you for the part you played in my wedding!

Deborah helped me find my dream dress (Caroline flower dress) and made sure it arrived on an extremely short deadline (a few months). I tried on half the shop, and her team boosted my confidence of how I looked in the dresses! I personally had a different experience than some of the negative reviews, Deborah managed to get me the matching bolero made when I changed my mind really last minute. I also purchased a second dress from here, which was a reduced sample due to some damage - despite being sold as non returnable, Deborah let me change my mind a week later and gave me a full refund. She also managed to get my Caroline dress altered in a very very short amount of time as I had lost weight since it was ordered. The alterations were perfect! She did forget to order my veil but when she realised during my fitting she was very apologetic and promised she would get it made in time for my mum to collect with my dress in a few days.

A chance 'drive by' on a Saturday after being disappointed with a with a visit at a different shop, Deborah the owner and her team were extremely welcoming. She managed to fit me in on the same day and I am so happy she did! I found my perfect dress. It truly was stunning and something I didn't think would ever suit me. Deborah went above and beyond and I am truly thankful. The dress was ordered that same day and alterations completed by Deborah her self all in time for the wedding ( I had left it very late to start dress shopping). Deborah is a lovely lady and very knowledgeable, I felt completely at ease and trusted her ideas. Overall a great shop and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a dress.

Went to Surrey Brides to get my sample dress altered for the perfect fit - they were lovely about it and only took three appointments to get everything ready for the big day. They were also accommodating when I wanted the bust further altered after the first lot of work was done, and I thought the work itself was reasonably priced given the quality! Would highly recommend for alterations even if you don't buy your dress here :)

Fantastic experience with Deborah and her team at Surrey Brides. I have been, and will continue to recommend Surrey Brides to any brides to be. The alterations are key to feeling amazing in the perfect dress, and Deborah is a pro. I was so impressed with how the dress fit me and how I felt in it. Surrey Brides also arranged the cleaning of my dress, a very reasonable price and outstanding results.

My experience at Surrey Brides could not have gone any better than it did. I had originally ordered a dress from another company and it was delayed and wouldn’t have made it back to the UK in time for my wedding day. I contacted Deborah straight away to arrange a fitting and come and look at the dresses she had. She already knew the style I was after and had put aside a few to try. Within minutes of trying ‘the dress’ on, I knew that was the most beautiful dress and the one that I wanted to get married in. Far more beautiful than the original dress I had ordered over a year before. Deborah and her team had turned this around for me in a matter of days as they knew I needed the dress asap. They went over and above to make sure it was ready in time and to fit perfectly, in the way I wanted. The attention, the service and the care that was put into my experience was faultless and second to none. I hope I never have to get married again, but if I do, I’ll be straight back to Deborah! I had the most amazing experience here! I had been to every wedding shop in Surrey but this is by far the best. Deborah was so friendly and welcoming.....I was hoping she didn't notice it was my 4th visit to her shop! She was so patient with my indecisiveness. Surrey Brides has the most beautiful selection of dresses and I found my dream dress there! I might have to get married again....just to buy another dress!!!!!
