Both my wife and I found Kathy's talk at our sons' school to be most useful in offering us strategies and techniques for helping our children to succeed. Although nominally about dealing with exams, the talk offered a view of the bigger picture of how to raise happy and successful children. An inspiring and thought-provoking evening.

Dr Kathy Weston gave a fabulously inspirational talk on Building Resilience for our Chilren at our school for parents. As a professional, I could feel her passion for what she does and the very practical tips seem do-able. She uses her own children for reference and her challenges with them that she has overcome. She constantly boosts your self-esteem by saying that parents already have all the tools they need and with just a little re-framing the outcomes for our children can be changed dramatically. I'd love to go to more of her talks and will make a point of listening to her radio show. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently attended Dr Kathy Weston's talk on Building resilience in our Children. What an inspirational speaker! She talks so engagingly about her real life experiences with children, giving examples and tips based on her own life and using the knowledge of recent research to back up her position. Every parent should hear her talk at least once, and the sooner, the better for you!

I attended the Herts for Learning Governor Conference in March where Kathy was a keynote speaker and she was absolutely brilliant. Articulate and accessible, her post pandemic guidance and recommendations were useful to me as a parent as well as a governor. We have her 50 Questions to Encourage Family Chat in a box by our dining table!

Kathy’s talk on ‘Raising Resilient Girls’ was hugely informative and inspiring. I would love to attend more of her talks. Kathy’s methods and tips will be extremely useful as we do our best to be good parents and keep our children safe.

I attended a talk by Kathy recently and it was great. Lots of practical tips on parenting around the importance of boundaries and resilience. Her extensive experience enabled her to pull out key examples that help children prosper and be happy in a world full that’s full of pressure. We’ve have taken steps to implement some of her recommendations already.

Dr. Kathy is a very engaging speaker. She understands her audience and pitches her talks just right. Her talks are a mix of evidence based research as well as personal and practical experience. You will walk away inspired and ready to take on the tips on day one. There wll be something you entire audience will relate to!Also, our sessions were given via Zoom - you would never knowing, she engaged as if she were in the room amongst us.

Kathy delivered a fantastic INSET on making pupils more resilient and also about us as adults being more resilient ourselves. She was really engaging and gave us some quick wins and top tips that we could take away and use. Kathy was also really good at giving us real life examples to back up her research on the topic. If you get the chance then Kathy is definitely worth listening to!

Kathys seminar on 'How to help your children succeed at primary school' was highly recommended to me by a fellow school Mum. I am so glad she did. Kathy is an incredibly engaging speaker and I came away full of enthusiasm to implement the practical ideas and family strategies shared by Kathy from her extensive research. My only wish was I had bought my husband!

Her work involves vigorously researching the latest findings from around the world, sharing that information with parents, carers and educators in order to give children the best chance in life. Her passionate yet intelligent delivery makes it very easy to digest her talks and learn new parenting methods and techniques. I would strongly recommend Kathy's talks to anyone wishing to improve the confidence and education of the children in their care.
