Watch out for the contact number 08452 being a number which attracts additional call charges - an access charge per minute from call providers and a service charge charged by the company you are calling.. Sadly I was unaware and discovered once I received a high monthly bill that these additional charges combined made my call about £1per minute - so it cost me £11 to call them for 11 minutes. There is no warning about the higher than usual fee to call their only contact number on their website. Very disappointing - warnings should be given.

Had dealings with Adreeja Chatterjee and Stefano Nuvoloni in 2018. They were both very keen to help and did their absolute best. They were very friendly and supportive and reassuring. Had conferences when needed. Have asked for advice since and no contact has been made but ohwell.
