Took my car to be assessed yesterday , expecting to have to book in at a later date and reschedule my life as car was not safe to drive, particularly in the awful weather we’ve been having.Chris and his team were so helpful; diagnosed and fixed my issue there and then even though they were extremely busy. So reasonably priced (though the service and kindness I received was priceless) and I was definitely undercharged for labour.As I was waiting, I observed the same excellent service being given to other customers by other members of the team so I know this is their established practice and I didn’t just get lucky.I’ll be booking a service and valet with them today as I’ve no doubt that they’ll be done to an excellent standard. What a gem of a find. I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks so much Chris, I honestly cannot thank you enough for the time and hassle you saved me and for boosting my faith in humankind.

Chris and his team are always so helpful, We had one of our cars in for a service a while back and they found a minor split in a water pipe and fixed it without asking me and free of charge . More recently had our second car in which was a new purchase and the guys did a thorough vehicle check to ensure it was in good shape , again above and beyond what We had expected. Amazing service, they were very helpful and easy to communicate at a time of great distress when we had a breakdown due to someone stealing our catalytic converter. They helped with the car rescue, did the inspection very quickly and were responsive at all times. Although they are far from my home, I will be definitely bringing my car there for all services, tyres and MOTs in the future, great company, highly recommended!

It is safe to say I have finally found a local garage I can trust who are honest, fast and have great prices! We recently brought our old Ford Fiesta for a partially dropped exhaust and we explained that we really didn't want to spend a great deal on this car as we plan to scrap it soon. The team at Auto Motive were able to save what was left of the silencer hangars and re-weld them back in place. We will definitely be returning to this garage in the future and recommending to all of our friends.

Truly the best mechanic around- very trustworthy and honest. I called after having issues with my MOT and Chris and the team were extremely helpful and fixed my car the next morning.

Amazing Service, couldn’t believe it! Plastic panel on the bottom of my car came away as was close to scraping the ground. Usual mechanic was off so I tried AutoMotive. Can safely say I will be using them always in future. Was quoted half an hours labour but Tom went above and beyond and did it for free! Nothing! That first class customer service will be sure to come back for MOTs and any other issues. Also only took Tom 20 minutes to sort my issue. Fast, reliable and great customer service would recommend to anyone!

The service was absolutely excellent. From the moment I rang and spoke to Suzanne the service was polite, efficient, professional and good value. They sorted the car out in less than 24hrs from first contact and got us on the road for our holiday. We will definitely be back for our services and MOT's. Thank you so much to all the team.
