Midland Range Cooker Repairs

Our new Ilve range had a rattling fan. The sales outlet gave me the number for Ilve warranty repairs and a call there resulted in Harpal coming out to fix it. He was excellent: very careful with moving the range out in our new kitchen, fixed the problem and then gave us some really helpful tips on how to use all the features. Delighted with every aspect of the service from MRCR.

Phil came to repair my rangemaster gas oven yesterday. I was very nervous as I felt that I should have gone with a rangemaster linked company. Vanessa answered all my fears on the phone and luckily Phil was in the area so came the same day. He phoned to give me a specific time, was able to fix the problem and was very professional. Would definitely call on then again.

The engineer came out to just resolve an issue with a control knob on our Ilve range cooker recently; this was sorted quickly and effectively and while we were chatting about cooking, as you do and I mentioned my disappointment at the lack of a simmer burner on the gas top, no sooner mentioned than sorted! Thrilled to say that, because he went above and beyond, I’m back to simmering and making favourite sauces. Thank you.

Cannot praise Midland highly enough. They are keeping our 14 year old much loved Britannia going where other repair companies have failed. Responsive, knowledgable, professional and carry all the necessary parts on their Vans.

After been told our 7 year old Ilve Range cooker was to be written off by an insurance company (apparently they couldn't get the lower oven element), I got in contact with MRCR, where Rebecca confirmed that she could get the part, no problem and arranged for Paul to come and do the installation the following week. Paul gave me a time slot the evening before and arrived on time. He installed the new element and checked everything was in working order. I have no problem recommending Midland Range Cooker Repairs - they were professional from start to finish and I've even arranged for them to come back in two years time to service my range. Midland Range cooker repairs came to our rescue, we have been without a cooker over Christmas. We had a service contract with Domestic & General tried to contact them over 3 days got passed around waiting on the phone for 40minutes .We gave up in the end and decided to look for a local company. I can highly recommend Midland Range cooker repairs they are very efficient came out today and fixed cooker .

The Engineer, Mike, was prompt arriving and very professional carrying out the repair. He fully checked out the appliance and left the workplace clean. I am very pleased with the service I received from MRCR and am happy to recommend them.

We had two broken rings on our induction hob Rangemaster Elan. It was a nightmare trying to find anyone to repair it until I found Midland Range Cooker Repairs. Darrel came within a couple of days and came back and fitted new rings a week later. Fantastic - cooker is as good as new. Thank you!
