Went 3 times to print just a normal A4 first time no problem whatsoever!2nd time I have been told the usb reader on the pc was broken!3rd time (not even a month later) the actual printer was broken!I won’t even bother anymore!

Went here for the first time - Despite the young girl trying to eat her lunch she stopped and gave me immediate service. (Despite an arrogant woman demanding her attention) Very Happy with the service - Very good customer service. Thank you.

Needed an image copied off Ancestry enlarging, the assistant was skillful in the use of photoshop to enhance the image and the end result was excellent.

I don't usually do reviews but things need to be said about the rude sales assistant in Ellesmere Port. She's a short dark haired lady with glasses.I came in to the store to get some photos developed off my phone. I thought she had finished with another customer. I asked her for some help. She then said in an abrupt manner. Will you just wait a minute, can't you see I'm with another customer? She was looking really flustered. When she eventually got to me she was quite pushy about selling me products, particularly a scrapbook.Well I won't be going there again!

Went here to havve photo transferred to mug as a birthday treat. Staff were very helpfull ( despite the shop being busy) the gent helped me getting the photo from my phone. The mug was ready in half an hour. My brother was delighted with it. Thank you to the two staff involved. I am returning soon.
