I cannot recommend Rich enough! After taking a look at my very slow running MacBook Pro, he made some suggestions of what he could do to bring it back to life but with no pressure. Once I decided to proceed, he kindly picked up the laptop from my parent's house as I live in London, frequently kept me updated with the progress and then returned it complete within a week. He then followed up to make sure I was happy with the result and kindly offered further advice when I had a query about the new battery. A very knowledgable and helpful man whose services turned a nearing its end Mac to a faster than new running machine, and for cheaper! Thank you Rich!

I cannot praise Richard enough. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. He will explain everything as he does them, in a way that I could understand, and took his time to make sure that our MAC was back in full working order and up to speed. I have never found anyone before that has cured my problems. Many thanks Rich.

Rich has restored my faith in human nature! Following a recent burglary when my engagement ring and laptop was stolen from my home ( the laptop contained lots of files & photos that weren’t backed up) I was truly devastated but a knight in shining armour, aka Rich of A&E came to my rescue and offered a replacement reconditioned laptop foc - I only had to pay for a new charger which the insurance payment just about covered, so no way would it have enabled me to buy a new laptop.Not only did Rich bring the device to my home but he spent time setting it up and explaining how everything works!I can’t thank him enough and would recommend his service to anyone with an iMac product.I would just like to say that people like Rich make the world a better place.It is also reassuring to know that you can email Rich with a question and he will respond quickly. customer service doesn’t get much better than A&EThankyouP.s I don’t intend leaving my laptop at home ever again !

Quite a unique service is offered by Rich.Both hardware and software issues were discussed with me and resolved by him to a very high standard of care and professionalism.He kept me informed at each and every stage of repair and I knew at each stage the cost involved, so no shock once my Mac was up and running again.I will be recommending Rich to all my Mac friends for sure.Thank you so much Rich, its great to be up and running again and you revitalised my Mac to the max.

I first came across A&E IT when I purchased my new iMac and Mac Book Pro. Rich helped with the set-up and transfer of files from my old PC system, teaching me along the way to understand how Apple works. His knowledge and expertise as well as his easy going manner were extremely beneficial in helping me get the most out of my new system. He also made sure I had a very comprehensive back-up system in place.Over the last few years I have occasionally emailed Rich for advice on a number of Apple related issues and he is always willing to impart his knowledge and help me sort out the problem.I would highly recommend using A&E IT for a prompt, friendly and professional Apple service.

Rich at AandEMacWrks has once again stepped in and provided me with a brilliant new iMac, migrating all the data from my old computer and taking the time to help me set everything up at home. He is an expert on all things Apple Mac and nothing is ever too much trouble (he happily visits my home and doesn't charge call-out fees). I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computer repairs or upgrades. He is an absolute star!

My beloved Mac restored. It was working so incredibly slowly that it was becoming unusable, I was looking at a costly replacement, and as worse, the need to transfer many many files critical to my job (and my sanity). The problem with my Mac was quickly diagnosed, it's interiors all mended, and delivered back to me with everything where I expected it to me. I can't recommend Richard highly enough. My Mac is restored and running much better than I ever remembered it doing. Great value for money!

Rich did us proud when our iMac ran into problems. He was efficient and prompt and communicated various solutions. He went the extra mile to facilitate the return of our computer. Sadly the news was terminal but he gave us a good deal on the machine (for spares). In 20+ years of using Macs this is the first time I have run into real difficulties. It is heartening to know I have such a good back up virtually on my doorstep. Highly recommenced.

Finding someone to help with Mac problems is not easy, so I was pleased when I came across A&E IT and very pleasantly surprised after the first visit.Rich is a top guy, incredibly knowledgeable with an easygoing manner, which really inspires confidence. He provides an efficient, friendly service, and has now helped us out on a number of occasions, with the desktop, i-pad and even i-phones.Initially he cleaned up some minor faults and glitches, but after further discussion came up with some great suggestions, which led to a thorough upgrade of our Mac making it faster more powerful and much more robust.All the work was carried out on time and within budget, following which Rich personally delivered and set up the new ‘Super Mac’ and fully explained all its upgrades and features.I could not recommend him or his services more highly.David RoseSevenoaks
