Lane End Farm Cattery

I love my cat and want the best for her. I've found Lane end farm to be the best with very competitive prices. My cat is going back there today for a four night stay and feel sure she likes it better than other catteries I have recently used.

Our cat sooty was happy during his stay at christmas. The retreat is spotlessly clean and comfortable. Will recommend to other cat lovers. Good price and easy to book.

Very impressed by friendly staff, attractive grounds, cleanliness, standard of facilities and the different accommodation options.Of course our cats cannot talk but they were not distressed, hungry, ill or dirty when we collected them. They were enjoying an afternoon nap when we arrived and a bit annoyed at being disturbed!Out tomcat is very timid and his appetite is effected by stress. I think he lost perhaps a little weight during his stay but he was eating fine once he was home.It was the first time we have left them at a cattery so I am not surprised he appeared to drop a few ounces. He was soon back to normal.

My cat is a very shy cat and I was nervous about leaving him anywhere for two weeks but Hazel was very reassuring and she even updated me on how he was doing whilst I was away. The places for each cat are quite spacious and i brought some things from home to help Oreo settle in.

My experience for our cats was fine although the staff are very rude.I have used them twice and the last time was over 2 years ago and only today did someone call me stating i owe them an outstanding balance of £18 which was paid in full on the day of collection of my cat.I simply asked her to prove this and she went on the defensive and said how can i prove this 2 years later and said if your that hard up" then hung up

Lovely cattery. I have been booking my cats here for some considerable time - I wouldn't go anywhere else.The individual retreats are warm, clean and safe. There is plenty to keep your furry friend amused during their stay.The staff are trained in animal care and you can tell they love their furry guests. Very highly recommended.

It was the 1st time we have used a cattery as my cat has epilepsy and needs medication.They were fantastic and although my cat didnt exactly like being away, he was fine and was looked after brilliantly.Massive thank you to the girls who looked after him - they gave lots of cuddles and when he wasnt eating the food i provided (sulking) they tried other foods until they found something he would eatSpecial thanks to Hazel who really put my mind at ease xx

Picked by cat up this morning after a three night stay. On arrival we were greeted by a lady with a bucket of soapy water, ready to clean up the not so nice mess, my cat had left. The lady didn't bat an eye lid, and stated it was all part of the job. Thank you for having our cat, mess and all. I wouldn't trust my cat with anyone else. Thank you.
