Park Dental Surgery

I really got a faster appointment within a week, despite being a new patient since my old dentist stopped offering weekend appointments. The receptionist was very patient with me and very informative. I had Dr. Kauser, who took excellent care of me. When she did the scale polishing, I didn't feel any pain at all compared to other dentists I've been to where it was extremely painful! I've been to a lot of different dentists, including some very popular ones, but none of them explained to me as well as Dr. Kauser did about how to stop my gum bleeding and how to properly floss and use Corsodyl correctly.

Brilliant staff who are highly trained, courteous and give good advice. Professional and hygienic. Definitely recommend. Only downside is sometimes a long wait for appointments and parking outside can be problematic. For disabled people it maybe fifgicult getting up the stairs. But we'll worth the effort. I've been going to this dentist for well over 40 years now and wouldn't change.The service is excellent from reception staff and dental assistant right through to the dentists themselves.I feel I'm listened too and my dental care is continually maintained to a high standard. I'm always given advice when needed to self maintain my oral hygiene too.Generally I am seen quickly and by my preferred dentist. She has known me for many years and is always cheerful and ready to respond to whatever dental issues I have.My verbal and clinical assessment is thorough, and any dental procedures I need are carried out efficiently and with care and support for my anxiety.I recently needed an emergency appointment This too happened quickly and ensured I didn't have significant pain.I'm an older person and not a fan of the new telephone systems in doctors and dentists. However the receptionist spent some time answering my questions about getting appointments. Emergency care and phone triage should I need it.Overall I can only say. My experiences have always been positive, my treatments professionally executed and my dental needs well supported. Excellent!!

I have been attending this dentists surgery since I was in school. Now 53 and still attend with my family. The staff are always friendly and the dentists are excellent.

Dr Maaria is phenomenal! She’s a credit to the practice as are the nurses who work with her. Very friendly and helpful reception staff as well. Can’t recommend this practice enough!

Booked a same day emergency dental appointment on a Sunday due to throbbing wisdom tooth pain.I am the most nervous patient you’ve ever seen in your life, but with all the reassurance, patience and kindness from the dentist and her team I managed to get my wisdom tooth out pain free. The surgery itself is very modern, clean and welcoming I will definitely be using this as my dentist going forward.

Dr Nukhba is an amazing doctor and was very helpful and reassuring, not only did she guide me, she also took the time to explain all the treatment options thoroughly to me for my peace of mind, the receptionists were also very lovely and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking to join. Keep going guys !!
