Bought laminate flooring and had it fitted by Hi spec after a recommendation from my niece who had used them in the past. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. I will definitely use this company again and would not hesitate in recommending them.

Wanted a rug for the bedroom they don't sell rugs but suggested me to look at roll ends and said they would make one up. Great service and friendly staff they even delivered to my house. Would recommend them for the service. Have used them before fitted carpet hall and stairs and vinyl in the kitchen

Hi spec carpets fitted my floor just before Xmas they come across a problem in floor being uneven.They sorted it at a small fee and waited until compound dried which meant staying later than anticipated as they couldn’t get back until after Xmas.The lads didn’t want to leave the job half done over xmas. What can I say they went above and beyond for us really good firm with staff either end so helpful.Thanks a lot all at Hi specKindest Regards Paul Bradley

I discovered this shop as I was driving through Farnworth and decided to stop - and I was glad I did. They came to lay LVT throughout the ground floor of my home and the job was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, there was a slight manufacturing problem with the tiles which resulted in the whole lot having to be relaid, at Hi Spec''s insistence. They did all the negotiations with the manufacturer and it didn't cost me a penny. And they did a beautiful job the second time as well.There are lots of carpet shops in Bolton, but as far as I am concerned, this shop deserves the 5 stars for how they looked after me after a problem occurred.Not only are the products they sell high spec, their professional fitters and people in the shop work to a high spec, and their customer service is not just high spec, its second to none. I have seriously never experienced anything like it and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Good range of carpets, customer service ok, but not the fitting, the lads should be more careful with the carpets, we had some issues and it took a few phone calls and visits to the shop to have it put straight. Eventually the manager, I guess it was, was very helpful.

Do not use!! They use over sell, the carpet fitters are careless and cut the carpet on your drive. If you remark or decide to complain the owner is extremely intimidating! Thinks he can bully middle aged women! He was actually quite frighting! I thought I would use a local firm, independent firm. The carpets were low quality. There prices aren’t cheap, please do your home work, get a few quotes. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this business at all.

Cracking polite friendly service with good quity carpet measured and fitted within the week. The caret was fitted without any fuss or hassle to a high quality standard and I would definitely recommend them.
