Before I visited The Old Radiator company, I merely thought of radiators as appliances, but the six reclaimed and lovingly restored radiators we purchased from them are just as much a centrepiece of the rooms they reside in. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, especially in accommodating our frequently changing minds when it came to deciding on a colour. Steph and Fiona never failed to answer my many questions via email and over the phone, and Andy's banter in the showroom made us feel as warm as their radiators. Finally, to Michael the delivery guy, who more than assisted us in carrying the six radiators up five flights of stairs, you made the most physically-demanding experience of my life almost enjoyable.

I hardly ever leave a review but, in this instance, I felt it warranted it. First of all, the product. I bought two radiators and they are stunning! One of the radiators was powder coated white for our bedroom and the other I spent a bit extra and, had it polished. The finish is beautiful, and is the centrepiece to our living room. The staff were so helpful as I had lots of questions and I could not make my mind up. The girls sent loads of pictures to me and gave advice. I chose the Crane style of radiator and used the valves/brackets that are supplied by the company. They are more expensive than similar ones on line but of a much higher quality. You get what you pay for. The radiators are heavy and radiate heat long after the heating is off. They don’t make them like they used to! The radiators were very well packaged on a pallet and delivered safely to Scotland. Delighted! James

Helpful and friendly service, and simply fantastic end product. It can sometimes be difficult to make the connection between the slightly rusty pieces of iron one sees before clean up and the stunning end results, but so glad we went for these! High quality finish and also some nice touches on the valves and fittings too. If you want to transform the everyday and somewhat mundane into ‘wow factor’ then definitely go for traditional cast iron (not cheap Chinese knock-offs - you get what you pay for!), and definitely use this company.

What a difference to my room a gorgeous radiator makes! Fiona was very patient and extremely helpful to show me in the pouring rain the vast selection of radiators and then answer my many, many questions. Delivered with no issues, they completely transform my room. Great service from start to finish, I will definitely purchase again.

We are doing up our Grade B listed property in Scotland. It already had 12 cast iron radiators - which we had refurbished locally - but needed two additional ones to complete the house. The Old Radiator Company were excellent. Absolutely delighted with the two radiators. Excellent communication from Fiona. They did a great job to ensure that delivery was on time - which was important as it needed to fit with the heating engineers. The two new radiators look identical to the original ones we had. Absolutely wonderful restored original radiators!We are so pleased with our radiators - they really do compliment our Edwardian house. The radiators our a fine piece of furniture on their own. They create such a wow factor when entering the room - all our friends have loved them too.We will definitely replace the rest of our standard white radiator in our house.Please be aware of many companies on the internet that also sell cast iron radiators - most of these are made in China and are not original and restored radiators like what you will find at - The Old Radiator Company.Fiona is so knowledgeable, the styles, choices and the different sizes available to purchase are phenomenal.
