Asked male staff member a question regarding steak and kidney pie....he answered question and immediately walked away from me and served someone else....shocking....always check if a customer is satisfied....so 4 stars for quality of food and 2 stars only for customer service

Love this place, any time I'm in the area I drop in. Easy parking on the street outside and food is always delicious, cakes look amazing too, but have resisted so far!Wish there was one in Paignton.

The customer service was spot on and very welcoming...I seen the cakes and food and was drooling at the thought of wanting to eat them all...The coffee was to die for.... amazing qualityThe store has got a loyalty card for coffee/tea drinkers.Prices were reasonable.I cannot wait to return

My new favourite bakery in the Torquay area, portion size and value for money is fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful, certainly brightened up my morning, a credit to their company.Anyone leaving less than 5 stars is clearly doing it for attention.Please note *Monster can for size comparison*Revisited today 21st Feb 2022Banging food as always, 10/10.
