Simon Paul Gardens

After 18 months of persisting with Simon Paul Gardens I have now given up and had to resort to leaving a negative review of the company, having given them numerous opportunities to make amends for their incredibly poor service. They are wholly unreliable, often failing to turn up or cancelling on the day due to staff illness, aka a better paid job. Communication is terrible and messages over multiple platforms go ignored. They have regularly turned up to my house without appropriate equipment and asked to use my lawn mower or strimmer and therefore my electricity. They have previously charged me for a sack of soil which was used sparingly and the gardener was then told to take the soil, that I had paid for, to another job. Most recently they charged me to plant and seed numerous plants in the garden, then failed to follow up with a pre-booked maintenance appointment , resulting in everything that they had planted being throttled and killed by weeds. They have a high turnover of staff due to the fact that the company is chaotic, disorganised and seriously mismanaged by Simon.If I could give zero stars I would. Engage with this absolute cowboy outfit at your peril. Don’t be deceived by the flashy website and claims of RHS membership as I was.

Absolutely amazing and would recommend to anyone. We wanted to change our garden to look and feel from the previous owner so we made a few enquiries and team at Simon and Paul gardens advised us sensibly and took on the project in small phases. We just completed the first phase. They did an amazing job with care as if they were doing their own garden. The team is a professional bunch and they are passionate about what they do! We can’t wait to complete the rest of the project.

We love our newly revamped garden. Simon and the team started the project in January and they worked through some awful weather, freezing cold days and rain and snow.We had a new fence and gate, shed, some hard landscaping and decorative planting areas. All this was achieved inspite of the weather conditions so our garden could be ready for us to enjoy this spring.

Simon and his team worked really hard on my front and back garden. They did a fantastic job and I love it. I can’t wait to sprend time in it in the spring. My friends and family are very impressed and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Simon Paul Gardens to everybody! Top quality, professional, friendly, goes the extra mile, polite... I could go on and on. Simons eye for detail is unrivalled, his designs and ideas for our garden were outanding and he and his team delivered us our dream garden.
