Trust me, it won’t be too much to say that this is probably the best bike shop on Earth!I ordered my bike in January and received it in September due to bike shortages affecting the cycling industry. However, this wasn’t an issue for me as I was aware of it before placing the order and still had my old bike to ride.Throughout the waiting period, Paul and his team responded to all my queries in a timely manner and their responses were always very detailed and well explained. One can definitely tell how passionate Paul and his team are about cycling.I really felt like Paul and his team are striving to make sure all customers are happy and treated more nicely than they could expect!When I popped into to the shop, I was warmly greeted and then ushered to the place where the bike I ordered was. I was given a full presentation of the bike which made me feel I was at the Harrods equivalent of bike shops! They also gave me some tips and precious advice.I also had a good chat with Paul and some of his staff. They all come across as SO knowledgeable, SO passionate, SO warm and nice and SO devoted to customers.If you are passionate about cycling like I am, I would say that this is the bike shop of any cyclist’s dreams.

I’ve bought a few bikes here and every time I’ve had an issue they’ve sorted it and usually under warranty too..really decent quick service, reasonable prices, friendly and helpful
