It’s a good gym and the team are ok but what let’s it down in the other members who don’t wipe down the gym Equipment when they are finished with it and just having two free hours parking I would like it to be 3-4 hours free parking so I can do a real workout

My first time going to a gym and I was so nervous! I know I made the best decision. The staff are so friendly and helpful always on hand to help and support and give advice! Always make you feel comfortable. Everyone always has a smile on their faces. The gym is so clean and the staff are constantly cleaning too! The best decision I made!Please don't change! Thank you

One of the best gyms in Bedford with affordable prices. The equipments are good and the gym is spacious as well. I although personally did not like their payment method and I hope they have more options in that. Other than that the trainers are good and there is plenty of other sport options like boxing and yoga.

Energies fitness is a small but well equipped gym. Very spaced layout and a yard to use too. Gym very clean and has equipment for guests to use to clean down after using equipment. Class are amazing. And the gym instructors show you in detail for what you will be doing. If I struggle they show me an alternative method. Gym instructors are polite and will take time out to help if needed. Would and have highly recommended.

A well equipped gym located in the Harpur Centre basement level. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It is great for people of all fitness levels and experience to exercise whatever your fitness goals. I have found it far nicer (and cheaper) than my previous gym.The gym can be busy, but I have never had to wait to use the equipment. Now that covid restrictions have been eased, there are plenty of bikes and running machines if that's your bag.There are classes and one to one training available in the Yard.

I have joined through my work health scheme and I have to say I am really impressed with the level of service énergie fittness bring. The staff are great. The gym/showers are kept clean and tidy. The cleaning lady in the mornings always welcomes me with a smile. Highly recommend the gym to everyone.The only thing that’s missing for a 5 stars for me is there is no decline abs bench and a hyperextension back bench.Other than that 100% recommend this gym!

Decent gym but the staff disappear into the office when the Wi-Fi is down. Today I had to stop my cardio let someone through the door that didn’t have their Fob because the staff were not at the desk! Not my job if you ask me! Now I understand the WI-FI connectivity is poor in the gym because it’s underground and that is fine by me, I come to the gym to train not sit on my phone however Wi-Fi would be handy in emergencies such as family or work. I just find it unprofessional that the staff disappear into the office and connect to their own personal WI-FI when the gym WiFi is down and leave the desk unattended. Generally friendly and helpful staff but had to point this out!

I and a couple of friends visited this new gym to see what it's about. The PT there showed us around (although more than once we had to insist we had been to a gym before and just wanted to look around so he would stop trying to teach us the fundamentals of fitness - save that for the trial). The gym looks great, clean and has a lot of equipment for its size. We started to leave and said we would prefer not to leave our details, that we would come back if we wanted a trial. The manager stepped in at this point and, to our astonishment, told us that we HAD TO leave our details, since we had visited and that we'd be contacted 3 days later for follow up. When we asked why we hadn't been told this was required before being shown around, another astonishing thing happened and this manager told us she couldn't because she was there, she was in the loo! This is a lie anyway because she was in the reception area when we came in. The PT wasn't much better, saying he was only a PT which isn't the excuse you'd expect to hear from a person who had told us during the tour that he'd once been the manager of LA Fitness, a large gym.We took some leaflets and I would have been interested in a trial session but I won't be going back. Having someone try to force me to give my details to them left me with a bad taste for the place. The manager should have dropped that part instantly, accepted her fault for not stating it at the beginning and everything would have been fine. To get schoolkid level excuses from two people running the gym puts me right off. There are other gyms with smarter, friendlier staff in Bedford.

Great gym in BedfordI've been coming here for 6 months, I must say the staff is very friendly and very clean. But this place is very spacious I think there should be some abs equipments. I can recommend you a device is the lower abs workout frame.!
