5 star service from Theo this morning and the phone mechanic. Options were explained well. I opted for the expensive screen alternative, although not the iPhone original. They called me 2 hours later and had the phone fixed. The non-genuine screen despite the better quality is obvious but there was the original offered with a different price tag, would advise people to go for that if they can afford. All in all, very cordial and professional service and would visit again.

Do yourself a favour and send your repair to the manufacturer.Did a Samsung battery replacement. Staff were courteous enough and it was done on time, and the battery seems to have been correctly replaced. However, the back cover was not glued on correctly afterwards and fell off the same day.I imagine I could bring it back and they would fix it but I just don't trust them if they failed to do something so fundamental correctly.Also they always ask for the device password even if they don't need it. Don't be lazy and refuse to give it to them, and use your device maintenance mode.

I had my Google Pixel screen replaced here under warranty - it was easy and done in half a day. I'd recommend this location to anyone looking for a phone repair!

The staff here were amazing today and sourced me a screen from another store and still got it done within the alloted time frame. Even when i was having a senior moment trying to remember my pin, they were very patient and really helped me. They are a credit to your company!!!

I dropped my phone and the metal frame was bent. My screen wasn't fittin gproperly. I got my phone repaired within 40 minutes. Great quality service. Totally worth spending then going to a cornor shop.
