Missing parcels not refunded I ordered an item from the fragrance shop but did not receive it Tracking shows it was delivered to wrong place and royal mail confirmed this but the fragrance shop Refused to give a refund because item shows delivered to somewhere They do not care where it was delivered to I gave a ref number from royal mail to support my claim but they have not looked into this with royal mail even though I asked them to several times I am now a considerable amount of money out of pocket Be aware if you do not get your item good luck with getting your money back

Dishonest staff

A year ago I bought a perfume £103 . Cashier asked my email address but never said anything about membership and changing £15 a year . Last week noticed £15 gone from my account. I went to the store to see why they put me in to membership and subscription without even asking me . So avoid this shop . Buy from boots or any other shop .

Very helpful staff, discounts for health service workers.

We went in to buy some fragrances and the amount came to nearly £400.00.The saleswoman asked for our email address in order for us to receive 20% discountbon future purchases.She told us that our receipt for what we had bought would come through in about 30 mins.We then left the store went for a bite to eat and my wife received an email of our receipt.On close inspection we had been charged £39 in order to receive 20% discount.At no time ever were we told about a charge, or in fact told about any scheme.Very dissatisfied customers.Avoid the Fragrance Shop like the plague, misinformed, missold, and feel we have been scammed under handedly.Be careful if making a purchase that you are explained in detail this discount scheme.

Rude staff shouting for no reason at all and should be cancelled.

Placed a order online and wasnt going to be delivered to store till Wednesday statsd friday as bank holiday spoke to Janette store manager at meadowhall who sort me my order to collect in store that day she is fantastic thank you
