The team at Wilson’s were an absolute pleasure to deal with through the process of selling our house. They sold our house in 5 days and were super-efficient in with all communications. Drove past a home with a For Sale sign.Went to the website to find the details and the website was down. Waited till the Monday to call and was put through to sales where they didn't know what property I was talking about even though I had the full address. Me details were taken and unfortunately never heard from them.

They didn't update us on which the sellers were doing and the day came to collecting keys they said they would ring us but actually in the end we had to ring them.

We recently bought a house with Wilson's and they were a real pleasure to work with. We were initially unsuccessful in a 'Best and Finals' bid but after the other buyer backed out, the house came to us. The Best and Finals process was handled brilliantly - even when we thought we had lost out, the Agent dealt with the situation so well that I was really impressed - especially as we had had a previous poor experience with another local estate agent. The team at Wilson's treated us with professionalism and compassion throughout. Hopefully we won't be needing an estate agent for a long time now but I will certainly recommend Wilson's to anyone who does!
