By far one of the best gyms in Stamford. All the equipment is top quality, stuff are down to earth and easy to get on with. Would definitely recommend choosing fusion 3 as your new gym!

Such a great gym! Spotless, literally! So clean, perfect for bodybuilding training and lifestyle training. Good variety of equipment! Would deffo recommend!

Really great gym. What I liked most was the staff attitude- super welcoming, friendly and helpful but also trusted you to let you get on with it. Probably the biggest range of equipment I’ve ever seen in a gym. They have protein drinks made to order for sale and a small coffee/drinks area.If I could change one thing, it would just be for me it’s a little hardcore, there’s no real relaxing area to speak of. So it’s great for people who take fitness VERY seriously ... I am really nitpicking here though!Lastly the website needs updating as the prices are out of date and the classes aren’t there.Overall- excellent gym- will be returning!

Not only the best gym in Stamford but one of the best gyms I've visited in England. Great range of equipment. Suitable for young and old. Friendly staff. They have every machine you need to train legs and back. Mainly Hammer Strength equipment but the Atlantis Pendulum Squat and Cybex Hack Squat are great pieces. I'm so glad we have Fusion3 gym in Stamford because the other bodybuilding gym in Stamford has been left to rot for years by its owners.

Wow I am blown away dry needling treatment at its best . Instant results I love it definitely going back for further treatment . As an immigrant who has been here 8 weeks I am very impressed and happy I found Jacob White .
