After hearing so much about this place, I was in just recently, I was surprised with all the different things going on BUT I DID FIND IT A BIT PRICY, C'MON PRINGLES @ £3.99 ???

I visited the store when it first opened and unfortunately I accidentally dropped a carton of milk in the shop, I obviously apologised to the owner who was on the shop floor at the time and he huffed and puffed and moaned and then proceeded to order another member of staff to clean up the mess immediately, I must add the other member of staff was very nice and said not to worry about it. I never went back after this because of the way I was made to feel. I eventually went in again one day some time after this when farmfoods was closed and thought I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but I witnessed again the owner speaking to the staff in a derogatory manner at the till, a very rude and arrogant man, and I felt uncomfortable witnessing it. Note to the manager: if you don’t like your job change it, you’re losing customers and you’ll also lose good staff with YOUR attitude. Note to everyone else: Stick to Farmfoods.
