Absolutely the best gym ever. I’ve tried a lot in my time but bottom line fitness have it just right. All the benefits of personal training several times a week without the cost. Try their trial, you won’t be disappointed.

I started with BLF in March this year, after not exercising for over three years, and to be honest being in quite bad shape for a 50-year-old . I made contact with Neil, and decided to take the six week trial .I couldn’t believe the results, even in the first few weeks, my fitness levels increased, I started to lose weight and my mental health and physical health dramatically improved ! After the six weeks initial trial, I decided to join BLF full time. I currently go three times a week. Seven months after joking I’ve lost over 5 kg in weight and more importantly look and feel better ! The structure of the gym and the care and attention of the Personal Trainers really works. I’ve been to other gyms in the past, bur the motivation and the support you get from BLF personnel trainers is fantastic .

I’ve been a member of Bottom Line Fitness since February and it’s the best decision I’ve made this year. I’ve lost weight in a healthy, sustainable way, and I’m the fittest I’ve been for years.The trainers are all brilliant and they are completely invested in you as an individual. From coaching you on form, to providing expertise on nutrition, or just making you believe in yourself - they do everything, and they do it really well. They get to know you - your limits, as well as your goals - and push you just the right amount to get you to where you want to be.I didn’t think I’d ever be the type of person who feels confident in the gym, or someone who looks forward to training, but I really do. It’s all down to the culture that Neil and Emma create at BLF - there’s no unhealthy competition or pressure, it’s just a community of people who thrive on seeing each other win.I love training here and I would recommend BLF to anyone.

Been with Bottom Line Fitness for 4 months now, it is so much more than a gym.As the training sessions are small the whole experience is very personal, the team get to know you really well and work with you to overcome any challenges you have.Weekly check ins are available where you give feedback on the +\- of the week, one of the team come back to you on this and uses the feedback to help you in the coming week.There is a great selection sessions through the week, a mix of small group training and HIIT type sessions, I have no problems getting 5 sessions in a week.There is a small outdoor area to the side of the gym and a large door on the front which is opened up in nice weather, this allows the gym to be taken outside which is great.Not directly why I joined but in the 4 months I have lost a fair amount of weight there is also plenty of nutritional advice available.All 3 trainers are very supportive, throughout each session you are given plenty of advice and encouraged to push when they feel you can, I have never felt uncomfortable by either the trainers or the other members, everyone is always very welcoming right from my 1st session

The BLF set up, and the whole BLF team are exceptional. The enthusiasm for training is infectious, with support and guidance from experienced and knowledgeable trainers (and apps) there if you need it. The guesswork is removed by well rounded, structured, progressive programs. Any niggles or restrictions are accommodated with effective revisions to a program, so it works for everyone. All this in a friendly supportive atmosphere. Wish I’d had access to this kind of training 25 years ago!

Training with Neil and Emma has helped to achieve my training goals. From nutrition to technique, the workouts are varied but consistent to help achieve real results. A fantastic community where there is no judgment. Expert knowledge and would highly recommend anyone looking to train.

Never considered myself a gym goer and initially joined as a necessity to try and get in shape for an upcoming trip. I've been very pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy it, the team work really hard to create a fun and supportive atmosphere with the small group classes. Would definitely recommend for anyone, like myself, who is convinced they don't like gyms!

Life changing.18 months ago, after not being particularly fit my whole life, I approached Neil/BLF and came along for a trial without knowing what to expect.Apprehensive at first I was made to feel welcome, given measurable and attainable tailored goals along with support in developing the skills to reach those goals.Now I'm stronger, fitter and healthier than I have been in years, and I belong to a great community where both the team at BLF and the other clients offer great support and that enables me to strive towards my goals.I now look forward to training sessions and I'm looking forward to the next 18 months of progress!

Highly recommend this gym. This is certainly the gym for those who want ‘personal training’ in a small group, at a fraction of the cost. Extremely supportive trainers who go the extra mile to help you achieve your personal goals, keeping you safe, whilst encouraging you to push a little bit further. A great ‘ego-free’ gym with very friendly and supportive group.I never imagined I would enjoy a gym so much. It’s never too late to start… I’m 58 and never imagined I would be doing functional strength based training.
