I wouldn't even give 1 star but I couldnt leave a review without it..Constantly having drivers not turn up and giving sorry we missed you texts.This is a business building with various traders in and we are all having the same issue... for us 2 deliveries in 2 days by the same driver and he hasn't even been to the location. Instead half the delivery goes to a shop and half back to the depot.Have called but won't let me speak to the depot, won't let me put a complaint in and won't give me the ombudsman details.We have asked our suppliers not to send to us via dpd anymore

Darren is possibly one of the best delivery drivers around. Cheerful, helpful witty and always always delivers on time. If DPD had more like him then business would run smoothly.

If I could do a 0 star review I would. paid for next day delivery.. ended up being delayed and then they said they’d deliver between 9pm-10pm but said we’d missed it but we were home ALL day and NIGHT .. they just didn’t bother to turn up.. I needed this parcel for work and now I’ve got to go and spend even more money in a shop to try find the same product because they won’t deliver in time now..My advice to anyone with orders from DPD.. just collect it from a collection point to save yourselves agro.

Given an hour time slot for the driver Joseph to call early and hence missing parcel. Customer service thenLied stating they would get the driver to call in planned time slot. Which did not happen poor customer service on both sides.

Useless service gave me a time slot driver turned up and went to drive off without speaking to me until I stopped him , only to be told he can’t find it so it must be left at depot. Told me it would be delivered later only to get an update saying sorry we missed you we will try again tomorrow.

First attempt was supposed to be on a Saturday. Said they tried to deliver but no one answer. No knock on the door. Attempt 2 Sunday. Took a picture of the back of the house. No one came to front door. I have a ring doorbell, so there's proof and also no delivery card both times. Phoned retailer to make a complaint. These were brilliant (FFX Tools). Upgraded it to between 8:00am and 10:30am. This was completely ignored by Swansea DPD. Set a time for around midday. Phoned DPD customer service and these were completely inept and unhelpful. Utterly useless. These used to be good, now trawling the bottom with the rest.Updte: the last 5 or 6 orders have been like this. Now today 03/06/2023 another appalling service.

Bad experience today.Parcel was supposed to be delivered by Gurkirpal between 15.03 & 16.03 but he never turned up. I had a tracking message at 3.15 to say he delivered the package at 3.45!!!! to the Coop!!! Why the Coop & how could he say at 3.15 what he was doing 30mins later. He was supposed 2 deliver 2 our address. Apparently this driver visits the Coop store 4/5 times a day dropping off 5 parcels a time because he is to lazy to deliver to the customers homes & the customers have 2 pick them up from the Coop even if they don't have transport. Disgusting service.

Poor service. Couldn’t find address even though post code takes you to the end of my road and ///what3words ref supplied. No phone call from the driver for directions. This happened 3 times and then parcel returned to DPD

Awful service. I had a notification saying my parcel had been delivered (3 hours in the future apparently!). I was in all day and the following day and no parcel was received. It's been marked as delivered but they have no proof of delivery. Customer service has been awful - while they admit the tracking is all messed up and in a 'strange' order they are refusing to help. High value item seemingly lost or stolen, but seem unwilling to take any action.
