Rude and unprofessional and remove you from patient lists. Absolutely miserable receptionist who get defensive and ahout at previous customers.

Dr Oliver is amazing, he's been my dentist since I was a child and he's so kind and patient. He doesn't make me nervous about going to the dentist despite my fears. The receptionists are always lovely and kind and often strike conversation. They all seem to know whose who without needing to announce it. Very organised, great place.

Rude and unprofessional and remove you from patient lists. Absolutely miserable receptionist who get defensive and ahout at previous customers. Removing patients of 25+ years because you couldn't make an appointment during covid. No notification or info to day they have removed you.
