This store has really gone downhill. I have been shopping here for over twenty years and I have never seen it this bad. Most of the staff are really helpful and friendly, even though they are stretched to the limit. There is only so much they can do. There always seems to be a shortage of various items and what the store does have is more expensive than elsewhere. There are never any trolleys at hand and you always have to go looking for one. The outside of the store could do with a good scrub. It is absolutely stinking! Shame on you Morrisons. You have lost my custom.

I love this store, not just because of the great choice of products with the best prices but because of the staff. I'm never rushed at the till, no matter how busy they are they always smile and are willing to help. It's these little things that sets them apart from other shops . Excellent parking for the disabled, good toilet facilities, there is a passport photo booth and a friendly cafe in store. This is always my favourite store to do my main shop.

Great place for Fish & Chips, beautifully cooked and a good deal. They sometimes have on offer doughnuts with a delicious cream custard, what can I say, absolutely brilliant.

Totally over zealous young security guard. Told staff to refuse me to purchase an energy drink with my 16 year old son! Apparently he overheard me discussing with drink I wanted - a drink for me, not him!! Obviously giving his young lad a uniform has created a monster. What a tool.Left my full basket on the floor and purchased my tank of diesel elsewhere.I won't be back

I love this Morrison’s it’s has ample parking with a one way flow system which is always free flowing with loads of parking even in busy times. It’s close to the shopping centre so conveniently located. There is free ATM on sites which are always working and full of money. This is a large store with generous amount of variety. One other plus for me is the amazon locker which is just inside the door way which is only accessible during office hours but still perfect!!

My friend, grandson and myself went into Caerphilly Cafe today, Sun 23 July. Ordered 2 coffees and “Ask Ellen” crumpets for friends Grandson. 2 people in front of her. No mention of delay. In the meantime the people in front had their coffee and left. We had finished our coffees and still no crumpets. I went to counter and said about this, lady behind counter said you are half way down list. I said that’s impossible , only one other table had people on, when we came in, and they are eating their food. We must work down list she said, you must have made a mistake because everyone else was behind us. So I sat down after she said I will do them now. Another 20 mins and still no crumpets. We got up and left. Looked over behind counter and crumpets still on the side. Nothing was said to us. So sorry for the waste of food but little one was hungry so we went to Greggs. Moral of story, expect a long wait for food. Nearly an hour for 2 toasted crumpets is a bit much!!!!! Very disappointed

Lots of checkouts with people serving which is great.Toilets stink like a farm and are filthy.The cafe is slow service and a long wait for food,on 2 occasions it was cold.
