Stirling Golf Club

Great Golf Course. Well worth a visit. It is my home Golf Club and I am well proud of it. Fantastic views and Stirling Castle as a backdrop

I was lucky enough to play here a few weeks back after winning a raffle for a four ball. I have to say it's the best course I have played by far. The course condition were fantastic. The green keepers have done a great job keeping on top of the course.The course has some of the best views of the Stirling Castle on some of the holes which was beautiful.I would highly recommend playing this course if you happen to be visiting Scotland.I will return for a second round !

Great golf course situated in historic Stirling, the professionals are very easy to talk and very helpful. You get great views from many holes here many with the backdrop of Stirling Castle and a few with Ben Lomond and other hills in the background. This course is very well laid out and holes that have James Braids design all over them raised greens with false fronts.The green keepers do a great job with the upkeep of the course lining the undulating fairways and keeping the greens firm and rolling well.If I were to give some feedback was that there was a number of greens with pitch marks which had not been repaired, I have visited here a number of times over a few years and didn't seem to be a thing until the last time I visited. Ps the food in the clubhouse always smells fantastic but I have never been in, so I can't comment further.

Stirling has developed into a golf course that is both a pleasure to play and a challenge to low and high handicappers alike. The greens are complemented by lush fairways, and the graded rough keeps play moving. The trees have matured and now present beauty and many a hazard.Surrounded by a panoramic view of the Carse of Stirling, Ben Lomond, Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich to the west, Stirling Castle and the Old Town to the north, the Ochils to the east, and the Touch hills to the south, the views are unique. Even on an off day, the visitor has much to admire.

Lovely course, great condition considering the hot weather we have had.Can't fault any part of the course, superb views of the castle and surrounding area.Club house was great , superb facility.Great food and bar staff were superb.

This course is BEAUTIFUL, The Facilities are fantastic! The Pro in the Club Shop is lovely and helpful (Even to a English Fella - Boo Hiss). The Course is impeccably kept - wonderfully challenging and a im truly glad I played here - However.. and its a big massive however the Senior members had a few fourballs on course and refused point blank to allow any through play - which led to quite a large quantity of people - 3 x 1 balls, 1x 2 Ball and 1x 3 Ball to be sat waiting on every tea all together! This was on a quiet Monday afternoon in not great weather! One of the held up" was a member and he said "its always like this" which is a shame... BEAUTIFUL

Very nice course. In good condition. A bit of a climb in places,but wonderful views of the surrounding landscape - especially the castle.

Beautiful course on a rain free day, with probably the best view of the castle. There is a walking path through the course if you are not a golfer.

Magical course!!!! I am from Orlando Fl so I play LOTS of golf...this course and the staff were fantastic! Walked with power cart. Wish I had the golf cart but they were already rented (call ahead if you need one). Last minute round so my fault completely. Called at 1:30, playing by 2:35 with rented Titleist clubs etc...Course is hilly and has a great layout with SPECTACULAR views. Prettiest course I ever played and I highly recommend it.

Course was I'm outstanding condition and the views of the Castle and the surrounding countryside are stunning, would love to go back soon.
