Going through the drive thru is pointless because something is always missing or wrong so decided to go in with the kids, well that was a mistake, ordered on touch screen waited almost 15 mins for food in an almost empty restaurant because priority goes to delivery drivers and drive thru customers. When the order finally came it was missing cheese and gherkins and had 1 small bit of onion, took back to be rectified granted they made a fresh burger this time by a supervisor but again was missing BBQ sauce no onion. Cold fries and no dips for the nugget meals all in all I know they do their best but perhaps a little more attention to the customers that come through the door as well would help.

I usually order caramel iced frappe…when I ordered it today they gave me iced latte instead..was really disappointed

Jakub specifically was friendly and welcoming, offered to help in any way - one star deducted because my receipt didn't print for my transaction and so I couldn't do the actual customer survey

The drive through always seems to take ages, twice on occasion in the evening I've been asked to park up along with many others. The most recent time myself and another lady were left outside for 15 minutes ,I went in to the restaurant and they had completely forgotten both of our orders, no real apology from the staff food just given to me and staff walk off.

Nice restaurant, clean with a good service. The £100 fine for staying too long is a bit steep, but understandable to keep people from loitering.

This is where we like to come for our McDonald's. The food is as you would expect exactly what you order. We had Stephanie serve us at the desk as we were paying cash.She was bubbly, helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble, she interacted with my children and loved the fact that my little boy wanted a cup of tea haha.Thank you Stephanie
