We visited first to get a harness fitted for our new puppy and she fell in love with the staff. When we brought her back for her first groom she was so excited to see them and the team managed the puppy nerves so well I felt safe leaving her. Already booked in for her second groom

Great groomers and very friendly and helpful staff! Went up there today to get my puppies claws cut to find they were closed for refurbishments, despite this they gave my pup a great fuss and then cut her claws for us anyway! The definition of fabulous customer service!

We take our 2 labradors to Love My Hound Chatterton road with Kerry. We are very happy with the level of service and attention our boys get. They enjoy walking in and Kerry is great with them and gives us a detailed handover every time. Great people and great service. Thank you x

Rachael at the Chatterton Rd branch done the most wonderful job on my 9 month old very nervous toy Cavapoo yesterday. She had had a disastrous groom elsewhere so I was quite nervous but when I seen Millie she just looks beautiful. Thank you xx

This is the best groomer i have been to in the Bromley area! they are always so friendly and kind. My cockapoo is an anxious dog and they are very patient and she always comes out looking amazing. On one occasion she had a lot of tangles and knots(my fault, i hadn't brushed her after a beach session). The groomers did a great job in fixing her coat, and didn't just shave her down to avoid the issues. Their booking system is also very easy to manage and prices are reasonable. they also have a great shop selection

Took my very nervous dog here this morning, he came out looking gorgeous and very happy. The staff are absolutely lovely and I had no doubts he would be fine as I left him. We have already pre booked our next grooms. Thank you so much xxx
