I had a third party wall survey done by these guys. Unbelievably slow to respond, ignored any communications and rude. Missed all deadlines they set. When I did speak to them, they did not care one jot.Throughout the whole building process for an extension, this was by far - by a long, long way - the worst company i worked with.We were not told that the neighbour dissented and instructed their own solicitor. It was poorly handled. Letters were posted to the wrong address. I don’t even know if they attended the properties.Tony eventually did the agreement after months of emails, phone calls and being ignored. Our building work was nearly heavily delayed.And the final agreements were not what I asked for. This meant the wall was not in the right place but their lateness meant we had to progress anyway. Genuinely awful.

Chris was superb (after a bad experience with a previous provider). Helpful throughout, clear and concise with his advice, and explains what is happening from start to finish in simple terms - particularly good if you've never been through the process before.

Tony was great. He came into a messy party wall situation and sorted it all out, including standing up to the neighbour's surveyor, who was a crook and a bully. I'd recommend to anyone.

Fast and efficient service when looking to established a PWA to support residential building works and was very responsive several months post the PWA award when queries were raised by my neighbour. Thanks Tony

Please don't be fooled by the other reviews please check trust pilot for other reviews. 2 years have past since Christopher Anthony surveyors took pictures of the damage caused by our neighbour's building works, no report has been completed and since payment was made they have disappeared. I have emailed and phoned countless times.

Part Wall Agreement - Would not recommendInstructed Tony and everything was fine up until payment was made. He visited the neighbours and didn't bother to knock on the door and say a hello/introduce himself. One neighbour mentioned he was in rush as off to holiday. Pretty poor as we're the ones paying you!Furthermore, failed to disclose key information like one of the neighbours dissenting and instructed their own survey, which is their right, only to get a lovely bill whilst on holiday!Throughout communication was poor. Rarely updated and extremely disappointed.Once they have your money your just a cog. Would avoid!

Tony was very professional, fast on sorting all the agreements. Provided great support and clarity during the whole process.

Chris is very helpful and has been working very efficiently on coordination with both sides neighbours and replied swiftly on all of my questions.
