Curve Bar & Function Hall

Not quite sure what to make of this place. Do t want to give it a bad review but didn't wow me either. Held a function for my nieces birthday. Was held in the upstairs function suit. Despite the staffs efforts, a couple of the drinks were off and was left with a very limited selection of drinks to play with. Most of which weren't overly cold. The staff were good though and very friendly. Atmosphere was good. Not sure what the bar is like downstairs but will give another go again soon. Jury's out on this one.

Bar ran out of ice very early. Very cheap vodka at a high price. Ran out of various drinks early. 50 expected, only 40 turned up.

Fantastic night! The venue was perfect, the manager (Ben) couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The bar staff were so friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we had the perfect surprise 70th birthday.This is the ideal venue for any sort of party, celebration or event.Thank you so much Curve Team!

We used the upstairs venue of the Curve Bar and made our booking through Ben who I have to say, was fantastic to deal with. Communication was key! Lovely venue for a party and I had a fantastic night with all my family and friends ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used Curve Bar for our wedding celebration and from day one, Ben was helpful, friendly and professional. He couldn't have been more supportive. His help and support made our wedding day very special - it was the perfect day, thanks to Ben and his friendly team.

I would like to respond to Mr Rookes review. I was the host of the party, my friend was organising on my behalf as it was a secret surprise party. I left the tip as your staff did work very hard and deserved the recognition. While I appreciate that my father Mr Rooke was given access to use the fire escape to smoke as he and my mother are disabled, it was not safe to do so and he did indeed suffer a fall outside due to poor flooring and was unlit. Luckily he was caught before falling down the stairs. I had to change my gin 3 times as the bar had run out. The mens toilet cubicle is tiny and my father really struugled to use the facilities. My father also does not drink alcohol and it was longer than you state to not have any ice so drinking warm soft drinks for him was not very nice, nor for those who were drinking spirits and mixers. We were not a large party at all. People are allowed to make reviews and I will ask my father why he has down graded from a 3 to 1 star but I find your response extremely unprofessional.

Bar ran out of lots of things. Only 41 guests. 7+11pm.Beware of the stairs if using the upstairs venue. No disabled facilities. Very difficult to use men's WC, even if fit and able.

Just held my Engagement party at Curve Bar, staff were all friendly and drinks reasonably priced. Would recommended.
