P1 The Plasterers One Stop Shop & Plastering Superstore

Sadly I cannot give this company zero stars. 1 star implies they were able to do something right, but unfortunately my experience has been nothing but negative. Ordered a much needed plastering supply and promised next day delivery. The items didn't arrive, it screwed up my job. I later tracked the items to a local post office that said they never received the items and p1 has not replied to a single one of my emails . .... let alone refund me. I have paid for their incompetence in every way. Please stay away from this malignant company.

Ordered an item that is called something different to whats listed on the website. Asked for a refund and a member of the team called back to discuss. After 20 minutes back and forth he said that their business has no way of dealing with complaints and the response would be the same if i reached out to someone else within the business since theres only 5 of them and all in the office where he was making the call from. He then passed the phone to a director who spoke down to me because i did not want to carry the cost of the return. Once i said about how amazon goes about their returns she replied “well were not amazon”. I thought to myself yes theres a reason for that and thats because your customer service is below poor.No appreciation from anyone in the company about who their customers are and some may not necessarily be plastering experts. In the end she said im wasting her time and she hung up. Which is just rude not to mention the fact that im their customer. Id avoid at all cost.

Great beads and competitive on price. Would be 5* but the delivery was late.

Don't sell multifinish!! so... not exactly one-stop! That said they do have a large range of products that are actually available and at good prices.

Great product range. Got what I wanted and ordered easily. Bit of a mix up with delivery but I was informed of it and kept up to date with everything. Great service and I will be back.

Great service from guys , Andrew, James , Ryan & team 10 /10 for these guys at P1 superstore . Nothing too much for these guys from machine service, repairs , parts , machine sales . Absolutely too too service, Rang Andrew on Friday afternoon got to P1 superstore at 3 pm , two machine were able to repaired and one generator serviced .Was able to purchase myself set of good ramps for machine too .Great service from Andrew on phone too when he is diagnosing issues on our pumps. Keep up good work gents .

Our order for Semin airless plaster plus filler and finish was delivered very early the next day complete and in perfect condition. It was specified by our builder its already on the walls and ceiling. We are delighted with the quality of the product as well as the workmanship on site.A great company which delivers on its promises.
