National Tyres and Autocare - a Halfords company

The work regarding changing the tires was well done but please don't pay extra for time slot because they don't do the service on time and you have to wait a long time

This is the alignment I had in your shop year ago….I would like have back my £60 spend on this !Never more I do alignment with National tyres !

Experienced and helpful staff. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size tyres for my car but the guys were not phased and reordered the correct ones and fitted then a couple off days later. Really happy with them hopefully this will continue since they are moving over to being part of Halfords

Rang to get a price for disc and pads, first person said they dont give out prices at the call centre. Got a number for the local garage and went round in circles with th automated phone servce. All i wanted to do was to speak to someone for a price...Ill go somewhere else tehn

I was booked in for a wishbone and track rod end replacement. Unfortunately, because my car for this particular part has to be dealership parts fitted only, it could not be fitted with national tyres due to their policy agreement. Rather than sending me away to struggle Mike tried his damned hardest to fine me an available garage that same day as I was in desperate need. As much as he tried, same day availability was not available although, he did not stop there. Mike did manage to get me earliest next day for a massive amount cheaper price wise cheaper thank what it was originally costing, even with discount vouchers. Awesome set of lads here very respectful and helpful in looking for other solutions for customers rather than just sending me away. Always available to speak with over the phone if needed for updates. All in all a well deserved 5STAR review. Thanks very much lads appreciate all that you did to help and also for finding me the best result price wise than trying to rip me off. Would 100 percent recommend this garage

Came to give my car in tracking. Two times they couldn't get the steering wheel alignment straight. First time was pulling towards the right the second time i give it to them it was pulling towards the left. The third I was suppose to give it in I was told my car had been in accident that's why it isn't right... what a coincidence my friend called me and explained what had happened he goes he was told the same thing. Wouldn't recommend anyone to tracking from here what a waste off time and poor service delivered. However I went to Newbold tyres they had fixed the issue the first time round. The steering is straight they was very professional and polite.

I had a problem with my exhaust so I popped in to see if they could look. The lady behind the desk was trying to be helpful but the three guys loitering in reception were not keen to have a look even though I could see the workshop had space . I was sent away and told to book an appointment.I went straight to quick fit where they put my car on ramp and gave me a quote including two new tyres.

Brought some new tyres costing (£610), so decided to give National tyes a try. When i got there, I was directed to Halfords reception by a big poster. So now National tyres is owned by Halfords. The reception guy was a bit grumpy (he needs to learn how to smile). I booked in for 2 tyre change and was told to leave after he took my keys, and they will call me when ready, but that's not the service I paid for. They do a drop of service, which is you drop off, and they will call when ready, so I'm not happy with the reception guy as he needs to more training on his job role and the services provided by Halfords.He does more talking about his personal life in the back room than his job.The young lad that started on my job was very polite and efficient. 40 minutes later, the car was ready, and the lady in the reception who handed the key over was polite. Overall, it's not bad
