Went with our 10 weeks old for passport pic, was told is busy to come back after 30 min which we did and when arrived was told she will serve the costumer which arrived after us as is a quick job which we accepted. Over 20 min after and 4-5 costumers after , we decided to go as she was just ignoring us and serving basically eqch one who came through the door. Very rude and inconsiderate

Friendly helpful service. It was fluctuating in customers so go at the beginning of your shopping trip so you can return if its busy.

What an incredible service. Literally saved the day for me. No printing services local to me were available on a Sunday. I stumbled across these guys (initially the Perry Bar stand) and I was kindly informed of the one local to me. Managed to get great quality prints at reasonable prices. I was extremely satisfied with the customer service I received.

Very slow, fairly expensive and one lot of photos wasn't ours, so someone out there has ours but we've never heard back about tracking them down.I'll probably try the other photo shop round the corner or an online store next time.Update:Increasing to three stars as the shop got in touch and tried to find our photos. When they were unable to, they provided generous compensation.

Came here for a family birthday and we had a great time. The service was quick and the food was delicious. It felt more like a restaurant than other mixed grill affairs but the prices were still very good. I will be coming back again.

Went for visa pictures. Ended up with some of my hair cut off the final images. Unacceptable.

Went there today with my niece who wanted a photo from her phone put onto a greetings card, ( shes 9 years old ) we wasnt sure how to work the machine but Amanda the shop assistant was brilliant she helped us,had lots of patience and was lovely to my niece. Well done Amanda.
