We aways stop off at Morrisons for lunch on our way for a Norfolk break as we are not locals. The cafe is really pleasant, clean and the food is good and so is the service. The shop part is well laid out and things are easy to find. The carpark is really ample with a petrol station as well. Really worth calling in.

Cafe was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and good food. The only downside was that the restaurant was freezing cold. I ate with my coat on. Not something I like to do. It really was too cold to be comfortable. Such a shame as everything else was very good.

So…. not sure what is going on with this place. We waited over a hour for food at the cafe. We then went to the create your own pizza counter and the rude lady, who would not get off her chair told us they don’t do create there own. Most of the toilets where broke including all the men’s and to top it off the guy on the cashier had no idea what he was doing or had any social skills. Really surprising for Morrison and this store need some serious reform from upper management.

Would not recommend using the cafe, what a total farce, cafe was dirty, floor filthy, dirty tables and crockery and cutlery, Cafe was empty so no excuse, ordered a breakfast to be told no poached eggs, bit bizarre considering it's a supermarket and we could have fried or scrambled! Fried bread was a crust and that hard couldn't bite it, you order at the table but then have to go to the counter to collect things, it was disgusting and a waste of money, food and drinks were thrown away.

My partner and I made the mistake of going to the Morrisons cafe for breakfast. It started by going to the till where there was a lady standing taking an order for a gentleman who was paying cash. Went to place our order and was asked if we were paying cash or card. Not unusual now days. Card please" then was instructed to go back to the far end of the counter to place my order on the computer screen? I was stood next to the till she was stood in front of the till? I thought to myself

Not my favourite supermarket chain. It is what it is, yet again I bought something I thought was on offer and turns it wasn't. I find this happens in Morrisons more frequently than any of the other major chains.

There is a reason why we don't go to Morrisons often. Unfortunately today we made the mistake of going to get a breakfast and wished we hadn't.Staff had attitudes. Wasn't allowed to swap a tomato for a fried slice, but they were happy to take it away as it benefitted them. My wife wanted poached eggs but they said they couldn't do this today even though they could do boiled and fried eggs. No compromise at all and not willing to assistStanding by exit, waiting for my wife. I saw an elderly gentleman almost get knocked over by a staff member who didn't apologize or care what she had done.Over priced for the quality of food.Thank goodness there are better supermarkets around as we won't be back in a hurry

The cafe in this location was very poor. We used the machine to order as to make the process easier. It let us choose things that were not actually available as all the hot drink machine were broken and out of use. The stock was poor so didn’t have what we actually ordered. The young lad seemed way out of his depth but very helpful and the lady was rude.

Popped into the cafe for a sandwich for 2 hungry children whilst visiting family. Absolutely awful. There were dirty plates, cups and cutlery on 90% of the tables. Not clear at all when you walked in if you wanted to grab a kids sandwich and order food what you need to do. Only one sign to chose food that is not even located in the right place. We had to ask someone to clean our table as no one was available. Took a long time for a child toastie to come out as they had run out of plates. Will definitely not be going back. None of the staff were friendly or even showed they wanted to be at work. Save yourself some money and visit a Tesco cafe or Waitrose for a 5 star experience.
