Called Joss & Wayne (Swanage Sparks) after my elderly uncle’s power suddenly went out with a bang, leaving him with no power at all in some rooms, but ok in others.Joss attended very quickly and was there exactly when he said he’d be there!He listened attentively, worked efficiently and explained clearly what he was doing (& was endlessly patient with a 90 year old who kept getting in the way)Absolutely brilliant all round; excellent value for money, served up with a smile and an obvious commitment to giving good service every step of the way. Can’t thank these two young men enough. Highly recommended.
