Bray House Veterinary Practice

We had a visit to them today with my old man rabbit and they were so kind to not only me but him too they sorted him right out and made me feel so much better could not recommend more

I have just moved to the area and registered my dogs here via their website. A lovely lady called me back within an hour to confirm a few things and got one of my dogs booked in as she is on regular meds. I had to call back a couple of days later to ask if the appointment could be brought forward due to dog becoming ill. Same lady on the phone changed my appointment straight away with no dramas. The vet we saw was also lovely and took her time with my very nervous dog. We were never made to feel rushed throughout the appointment. Everything thing so far has ticked all the right boxes.

We have used Bray House for all our pets for many years. All the staff have always been friendly and professional, always happy to help and very reassuring. We can not thank them enough.

Bray vets are brilliant. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They were super helpful to us and our cat who was quite poorly when we first adopted her.

Bray House were our chosen vets for our beloved dog Sunny. He was always a bit unsure of strangers, and they had a special touch that reassured him that all was going to be ok. In September he took ill and unfortunately he had to be PTS at the grand age of 15. They had all the time and compassion in the world, and there was no rush. Our boy fell asleep peacefully and being my first experience l felt comforted by the vets and the continuous care and information she gave us throughout. You know you are going to have to say goodbye to your fur baby one day, it’s not easy and the support was comforting. Our new puppy will also be cared for at Bray House. Thank you

Staff were so helpful today. Our dog did not want to go into the vets and was anxious the moment we got there but the staff spent a lot of time calming him down and made a huge fuss over him and gave him lots of treats. He eventually started to relax and even went into the consultation room.Thank you for putting him at ease and hopefully at the next visit he will be more relaxed.

These guys are brilliant with my dog and us. Always make the dog comfortable and happy before any treatment meaning she is n ot phased going again
