I like this supermarket they have a lot of good products for a reasonable price but why do they have a security guard, who are rude and follows you around like you’re going to steal. It’s very uncomfortable. Other supermarkets in the area do no have security so does not make any sense. A supermarket like this does not need a security who thinks he’s a bouncer.

Please wear a mask before entering the store, I got one from Savers. The staff are very helpful, showed me items I couldn't find and translated ingredients when there was no English alternative. The prices are great and with lots of variety to choose from. Road side parking was free on Sunday which was great to. Parked not far from the Tesco.

I would give a 0 rate if google can do that .The cashier girl is so rude and did the worst customer service.By the way, please do not sit there and suppose you know everything then judge your customer.裏 lǐ裹 guǒThese are the two different Chinese characters :)Before you correcting others, why don’t you read more books yourself ? !It’s really Ridiculous!!!

Got the shimeji and when I got home 10 mins later opened it, it gone perished already. Binned it right away. Seriously if you wanna do business in England you need to be much careful with the food security and healthy.The staff were rude too, it is a free country with human rights not everyone should listen to what told by you. Never again. However, the shop may not care as they are aiming to sell to all Chinese students anyway.

I came in here today (Without a mask, I had forgotten it at home) and didn't have any issues. The staff in there were friendly and welcoming, so I think some of the previous reviews might be lying. This is a good shop with plenty of variety, totally recommend them!

I always visit here whenever I’m in Birmingham. Well stocked with all the traditional Asian/ Oriental favourite brands you can’t find in UK supermarkets. Staff generally very friendly.
