I had a very pleasant experience. I was with my XL Bully, who seems to have some allergies. I came across a young lady who examined my dog ​​very attentively, explained to me about allergies, advised me every time, I would come with great pleasure, I recommend from with all my heart, compared to other vets, I swear with my hand on my heart, she is No. 1

Could not be happier with their care for my 8 year old dog. We were booked in for an emergency dental treatment within 24 hours and he was out in less than 30 mins, and all better.Very reasonable prices and extremely friendly team.

We fully recommend Vetcare! They were helpful, reassuring, supportive and very understanding. From the reception staff to the vets involved with the care of our little Myles. Sadly he was unable to fight anymore and went to meet back up with his friends over the rainbow. We miss him, he has left a huge whole, for a little fella, in our lives. Thank you everyone.

I would like to share my experience with Vetcare LTD Bolton.Therw was a particular vet carer, who had a bad attitude towards me.Then this particular veterinary gave medication for my pet which was a pet plan which I paid up front of £180., And only gave me one lot of medication. I ended up making complaints against this vet surgery.Then because I cancelled this pet plan, I asked for a refund which I asked in the last month. Yesterday I went into the vet's surgery to ask for this money back, and refused to return the money back to me, so I stayed in the vet's until I got the money back. Eventually I got the money back in cash. So I found there service very unpleasant.

After registering our new kitten, which was very easy & made helpful by the staff, we unfortunately had to take him in due to not eating. I can’t thank everyone enough for their help & advice.So glad we chose these to look after our kittens well-being. Would highly recommend these guys.

Really lovely people in a quiet, clean and relaxing surgery. My cat was initially quite nervous, but the vet was patient and gentle with her, and she settled down well enough. Everything was explained clearly and kindly to us which alleviated my nerves. Really glad we chose this vet's, and grateful to have it so close by!
