Lindt Chocolate Shop Dalton Park Outlet

First visit here after lockdown and the staff are just as lovely, friendly and informative as ever. They are definitely following social distancing guidelines and trying very hard to make sure every customer who enters does so as well, they have a posh sanitiser stand at the door! I have sensitive skin so i was allowed to use my own. There is also a sign stating its card only for the moment which is understandable considering the current situation and they have a queueing system too with an ample 6 people allowed at one time. They have some great offers on at the moment and the staff seem happy to guide you to get the best value deal. I will definitely be returning as i cant fault a single thing about this shop or its staff. Even in a pandemic they still smile. Brilliant chocolate too!

Great selection of Lindt products. Not a fan but the Lindor selection seems to be the main focus of this store. A few offers running which enabled me to purchase a few of my fave chocolate bars as well as try some new ones. Friendly staff on hand, good distancing measures and fairly easy to navigate.

First visit here. A great selection of amazing chocolates. Really helpful and cheerful staff named Jamie served us. Nice shop. If you like Swiss chocolate, this is a must.

Fantastic customer service, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and wanting to help. A big plus the company values what soldiers have done for the country offering 20% discount, which is nice. Shawn the assist manager, explained how the company operates with its staff, and that shows. Well done, continue the good work.

As soon as I walked in I was seen to by Jamie who was absolutely spot on, he offered to take my bags and when I was looking for a present he gave me exactly what I was looking for. Jamie is an absolute credit to the company. 10/10!

Staff not keeping their distance, aggressively selling deals really close to you. Almost forced me to take an offer when I didn’t want to. Not accepting cash, card only? Wasn’t told about this, only one sign hidden in the window. Disappointed, really dangerous store

Was not impressed with the way the staff were with me, my mum and my daughter as i tried to shop there with my mum n daughter.Due to covid-19 i understand there are limits to how many are allowed in the shop in any 1 time but i was there with my wheelchair bound mother and my 7yr old daughter.We were told that we were only allowed 2 of us in the shop. Luckily i was with other family members and my mum stayed outside with them. Im a single parent who is a carer for her mother what if it had just been the 3 of us?The only thing offered was oh u can wait til more ppl come out of the store.Safe to say i wont be shopping there EVER again!!!!

Great to be able to pick and choose the different chocolates individually target than in full boxes - some interesting flavours your don't see elsewhere too.Prices not too bad and a good range for gifts as well, plus more than just the usual Lindt range.

We travelled 50 miles to this shop (and well as Seaham sea front and a business in Birtley!) but what a find. If you love Swiss chocolate then this is a must visit place. They have a full range of Lindt chocolate stocking many items difficult to source elsewhere. It's a well laid out store and conveniently located right beside the entrance. We had really helpful and happy staff serve us and make no mistake, we'll be back.
