I have always felt listened to when explaining problems with my dog, never felt rushed by anyone

They staff are really helpful, they will help with costs, if you can get meds cheaper they will tell you. I don’t have insurance as this was stupid price, so a vet that isn’t focused on more money, is a breath of fresh air.

Great vets practice, all the staff are amazing, really helpful and the opening hours are good when you are working.

Great vets friendly clean and also no jargon straight to the point with any problems.

Took my young cat for some flea treatment. She is quite nervous but the nurse handled her very carefully and gently. Also weighed her and was happy to advise on her food. Easy to make an appointment and straight in when I got there. Very happy with the visit and experience and would recommend.

Absolute joke of a vets practice not only do we think they did more harm than good, to are beloved dog but then sent a card ofCondolences on the same day as the bill demanding money. we filled all the insurance documents out the day our dog had to go to be hospitalised so I knew my dog was covered by the insurance who pay direct to the vets but oh no we have to pay the bill now and get it back from the insurance they said are insurance won’t pay them direct so we called are insurance and they said there was no problem in paying them direct how odd! then when we went to collect our dogs Asher’s up at a cost of just short of £400 they within five minutes of getting home called us for the remaining balance they are the most uncaring vets that our pet unfortunately ended up with i would not recommend this vet to your worst enemy if you love you pet stay clear of this company absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely fantastic vet practice. Will be moving my 2 dogs here even though a 45 minute drive. Wonderful service, really helpful & most of all listened to us. Definitely recommend

We wanted to cancel our pet plan they are charging us 207 pound to cancel it and they are saying different prices total rip off do not go to this vets

I have been coming to Calder vets for many years and have always had outstanding service. Barney always looks foreward to coming as have all my other dogs.

If you care about your pet then you best not take it to this joke of a vets. And before you respond with the usual 'can you contact this email and we will look into it' forget it because I'm reporting you to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. You need shutting down!
