In December 2022 I ordered from Ming Long and ended up with severe food poisoning and some kind of chest infection. They also had bones in the duck rolls. They used to be very good but after 2 weeks of throwing up, an ambulance call out and trip to A&E I will not order another take away again!

Unfortunately will not be revisiting, terrible service and at best onky just edible...aldi have a better heat at home quality of food. Really disappointing for a friday evening date

I was craving Chinese and I went here for dinner, and it didn’t disappoint. I got food for takeaway after lol! Very clean cutlery, cups, etc. Lovely customer service and delicious food! The ambiance was lovely as well, I went around 7 on a Sunday so that could have contributed to it too. Would deffo recommend.

Where do i start poor customer service long wait for food with most of it warm and not enjoyable to waking up with 3 off us with food poisoning place shoud be shut down gone right down hill

Good quality of food and choice at reasonable prices.Excellent friendly service.Venue is very basic and does not do justice to the cuisine and service that makes up the hospitality offer. Cold environment and low quality decor. More like a café than a restaurant. This should not discourage you from visiting as we thoroughly enjoyed a very pleasant dining experience due to the food and service.

Got there for 8 o clock with 22 others. Needed to be home for 11. I didn’t order starters, just a main. The group got food from 9.45 but they forgot mine. Finally got it 10.33 and had 12 mins to rush. No drink offered, no discount, just a doggy bag at nearly 11. Nice food but didn’t get to eat much as it took 2 1/2 hours to get it.

Disgusting! Over priced revolting mess of a restaurant. Rude arrogant staff, kept having to go and find them so we could order drinks and give them our empty glasses and dirty plates that were taking up the table. One starter came out and then a 20 minute wait for the rest of our starters. Mine was chicken skewers that were pink and mushy they made me feel physically ill, we complained and the owner told us if we want our chicken cooked well we should ask for it to be well done??? What the hell I’ve never heard that in my life. My main Chicken pad Thai was a over cooked bland plate of stodge, didn’t taste or look like any pad Thai I’ve ever had. A family of three adults and 2 children the bill came to nearly £180 and most of it was left on as we didn’t want to take it home it was foul! Avoid this place!!

Been using this restaurant for a year or so and always been so good, tried to call tonight for a delivery and a young girl answered who was so rude, she passed the phone to someone else who was equally as rude ( both laughing in the back ground) then took all of our bank details and said they needed us place the order again so the funds could come out again and they could refund us. Explained we wouldn't place another ordered as they was extremely rude. They didn't seem to care but something felt off. Not sure if there is new management but be very wary as we've changed our card to be safe.
