Lovely friendly and chatty staff, so talented with the designs too! I have been to other places in the past that dont do anywhere near as good quality or have the skills required. Love going here every month. The nails and designs dont even budge either 100% would reccomend :)

You guys are the best! Every time i come back you do an amazing job and i am so happy with my nails! The best nails salon in Mansfield!! I appreciate your work, the attention to detail and the fact that you take your time to do even a complicated design it’s amazing!

I have never posted a negative review before, but this is more than warranted. I messaged this salon mid week about coming in for a standard manicure. I also asked if I could bring my own standard nail polish that doesn’t need a UV light to set. They said that was perfectly fine, and asked when I wanted to come in. I gave them a time and asked if it was better I walk in or schedule that time.They never replied so I just walked in at that time on the day we discussed. I waited just under an hour to get seen.I showed the nail tech the conversation I had with them a couple days prior and provided them with the nail polish.The nail tech then started to severely file down my nails like I was getting gels or acrylics. This did not make any sense because the standard polish I was getting doesn’t provide any strength to the nail.They then painted my nails so poorly it was honestly shocking. Incredibly patchy and uneven, I was truly just left a bit speechless. I felt very uncomfortable at this point and just wanted to leave.I understand they usually only provide gels and acrylics, but as professionals, they should be able to just paint a standard nail at the minimum. Or at least tell me you’re unable to paint with standard polish. Don’t say you can offer a service if you can not.On top of all that, the hygiene was very poor. No stations or tools were cleaned in between customers and the build up of other peoples’ nail dust and sweat was a bit vile.An hour and half sadly wasted, and I have to get them redone for a wedding I’m attending tomorrow.At least it was cheap.

Had a walk-in appointment for acrylics and gel. Got in straight away. The receptionist was lovely and made me a cup of tea. Great choice of colours and glitters. My nail tech was brilliant and all the guys & girls in there are really friendly. Lovely space, very comfortable. Nails done perfectly, I’m so happy. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is quite pleasant! The salon was spotless and well-run. I always come back in around 3 weeks to get my nails done and they never let me disappointed. I’m quite sure they are best nail salon in Mansfield

Had acrylics six times now. Quality materials used and nails always last four weeks. Very gentle, do not over file and never knicked my skin. Friendly staff. There is usually a little wait but to me that shows how many repeat customers they have. Recommended to anyone and reasonably priced too.

Went for the first time today and will definitely go again. The service and staff are amazing. Highly recommend
