Lyle Hill Viewpoint
Very nice viewpoint in Gourock, Scotland. Unfortunately I wasn't very fortunate with the weather but the view was still amazing and the clouds and mist make part of Scottish package. There are also boards with information explaining the history of Gourock and Lyle Hill. This place is definitely worth of visit, I would recommend it.

Incredible views from this scenic view point location. Plenty of parking when we visited on a very hot and sunny day. Several benches to sit.

Amazing views from here over to Loch Long and Gare Loch. There are plenty of parking spaces right alongside the main Lyle Road. The footpath leads to benches where you can sit and relax.We only intended to stop by briefly, but the distant rain clouds and scenery kept us looking for quite some time.Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Lyle Hill Viewpoint
Since I had a day off work and it was a hot day, I thought I’d best go a long walk, rather than sit in garden.So I walked from house up to Lyle Hill and then walked back to town. It’s got some great views here. Popular run too for some runners, but I prefer to walk lol. It can be quite a steep hill to get to top. But plenty of scenery to see. I’ll definitely be walking up here again. Might even take a picnic there nxt time as they have a lovely park with picnic benches there. Shame I had no food :p

Lyle Hill Viewpoint
It is a hill, but a very nice hill in Greenock / Gourock where the views over the Firth of Clyde are amazing, sometimes the weather is closed in and the views are very atmospheric sometimes the sun is bursting out of the sky and the views amazing.It is also the site of a memorial to the Free French Sailors who sailed from the Firth of Clyde and who lost their lives in the battle of the Atlantic.

Amazing view from the top of the hill. Plenty of parking spaces nearby. Really beautiful to visit near sunset.
